The day of order counts as working day after receipt of producible production data,
The lead time can be 2 days to 4 weeks depending on customers'''' needs, Standard Lead time is 2 weeks.
The faster lead time can be 1 days for needs.
If an order is placed using our website, it is not guaranteed to be accepted if it does not meet quote specifications entered by the customer, or due to the product design issues. Prices are subject to change if encountered in any design issues. We reserve the right to change price or delivery date on any orders. Customer will be notified of these changes.
All orders are shipped based on business days. All orders are the price on shipping to your address or FOB shipping point. We pre-pay and bill for shipping and handling. Deliveries are shipped using FedEx or DHL unless the customer informs us for other shipping carrier.
Return Material Authorization Policy:
If you receive any orders that do not meet your specifications or data, please contact us within 3 days to fill out an RMA form. Order must be returned to us within 10 days of delivery. We will not process your credit until we receive the boards. All returns must be prepaid. Our liabilities are limited to the purchase price only. We are not liable for any other costs beyond the cost of the order.
Payments can be made by wire transfer the funds to account appointed or mail a check to address appointed . To qualify for an 30 account, However, we request that new customer orders should be paid by wire transfer the funds to avoid any delays in processing/shipping.
Canceled orders are subject to a cancellation charge. Charges may vary upon order status. If you decide to cancel or change any order, please contact us immediately by phone and followed by e-mail or fax. Please read the following charges for cancellations:
Within 24 hours = 20% of the total order
After 48 hours = 60% of the total order
After 3 days = 80% of the total order
Shipping and Handling Damages:
We will not be responsible for any type of improper handling or carrier delays in shipping. Shipping and Handling damages must be reported to carrier and package contents must be checked before acceptance of package. You must make all claims with FedEx or DHL. We will contact FedEx or DHL to release all information to you and allow you to file once we hear from you that you are planning to claim.
